Rukouspäiväjulistus

Vuoden lopussa annetussa tulevan vuoden rukouspäiväjulistuksessa korostettiin, miten esivalta Jumalan välikappaleena työskenteli kansan parhaaksi ja miten alamaiset

"... tytyvät ilolla Esivallan Isälliseen hallituxeen ja edesauttavat toimellisesti sen menestystä. Isänmaa ei ole heille tyhjä sana jota ei ymmärrys käsitä... vaan se on heille niinkuin rakas äiti."

Alamaisia kehotettiin pysymään totisessa uskossa kiitollisena siitä, että

"... Hän runsaalla kasvannolla on siunannut maan viljellyxen vaivat, eli rauhan hupaisen varjon alla, suonut teidän levätä töistänne, eli andanut menestyxen teidän muille luvallisille toimituxillenne."
