Finland In World War II Research

Hei, nimeni on Alex and i am working on a National History Day project on Finland in World War II and have recently advanced to the national level of the competition to be held near Washington D.C. representing my school in Iowa. I would like to find reliable sources, or people (for bibliographical purposes) that could answer these questions I have about Finland in World War two in relation to this year's theme, "Debate and Diplomacy: Successes, Failures and Consequences in History".

*Please Note*-Wikipedia is NOT a reliable source for this project

1. Were any German generals convicted after the war crimes commited in the Lapland War?
2. Where can i find the text of the Declaration of War by Great Britain on Finland?
3. Why did Finland force Russian Civilians into internment camps in Karelia during Jatkosota? Was this ever brought up in war crimes trials?
4. What went on during the "Danger Years" other than the Weapons Cache Case?

Thank you for your time!
Kiitos!!
-Alex
